Was even told by the female Physician Assistant, there is nothing wrong and that I was not the only patient they were caring for. Finally, after constant suffering and complaining, I was taken to the hospital to find I had blood clots in my lungs. Had it not been for my sister listening to me, I could have died. There are no words to describe how poor the care is and how much a select few try to convince one they are trying to turn it around. If you care about your loved one, DO NOT admit them to Pheasant Ridge....they may not be as lucky as I was. The on staff nurses were more interested in having their smoke break than caring for the patients.

I was disappointed with Pheasant Ridge because I heard a lot of good stuff about it before. I don't think they have to be blamed at all because my mom was a little combative after her hip surgery. I was more disappointed in their physical therapy more than anything because they really didn't seem to help her a lot.
